Terms & Conditions:
* All prices are for the room per night and inclusive of VAT.
* A Credit/Debit Card number when making reservation. Note: Payment for your entire stay will be taken from the card used to guarantee/make the booking the day prior to arrival. This does not however effect your cancellation rights for 2nd and subsequent nights booked if cancelled by midday the day prior and refund will be given.
* Cancellation Policy - By Midday day prior to arrival.
* Every effort will be made to maintain these rates, but the management reserve the rights to make amendments in the event of substantial increases in the cost and charges outside our control.
* Charges will be made for any damages caused or extra cleaning that maybe required.
* Check-in time is 2.00pm, Departure Time 11.00am. (Any departures after this time, we reserve the right to charge £20.00 every hour there after.
* Bookings of 10+ different Booking Conditions Apply - To Guarantee Group Reservations, a £10.00 per person, per Room, Per Night Non Refundable/Transferable Deposit will be Required. No Stag or Hen Groups.
* Please be aware we do not have a Lift or Ground Floor Rooms.
